We hired PTCFO to help us develop a board, as I was selling out my stake of the partnership and wanted good governance processes to ensure I got paid. I was tired of running the company. My Partner was to remain with the company and assume my duties. What I soon discovered by working with PTCFO, was how quickly they work. I was amazed with how quickly they identified our strengths and weaknesses in order to put a strategic plan together. I’ve known PTCFO for some time, but did not clearly understand how they worked. My father started the business, and with his passing, I now own all the stock. The board is about to select their final candidate and I am now separated from the process so I can keep my family together and the business as well.

My law firm was struggling with partnership conflicts, lack of performance, and my succession.
